Information for Schools

KidSport will allow eligible youth the opportunity to apply for financial assistance to contribute towards sport and recreation club fees.
KidSport is being implemented in partnership with local governments. A child can apply for KidSport in the area in which they reside (exceptions may apply).
Schools, as referral agents, can help to promote KidSport to their students by linking with their local government to access application forms or include information in their school newsletters. They can also assist with lodgement of application forms with local governments on behalf of parents.
To download information to include in your School Newsletter click here.
For further information click on the KidSport Fact sheet, contact the local government directly, or email kidsport@dsr.wa.gov.au.
Translated KidSport application forms are available here.
